Acid dye
Structure and property characteristics: acid dyes are a kind of water-soluble anionic dyes. Dye molecules contain acidic groups such as sulfonic acid group and carboxyl group, which usually exist in the form of sodium salt. They can be combined with amino groups in protein fiber molecules by ionic bond in acid dyeing bath, so they are called acid dyes.
Dyeing object and method: It is commonly used for dyeing silk, wool, polyamide fiber and leather. Acid dyes dye fibers through their own affinity, and combine with fibers by ionic bonds; Acid mordant dyes have similar dyeing conditions to acid dyes, but good washing resistance can only be obtained by forming chelates on fibers through the action of some metal salts; Acid dye containing medium. Some acid dyes have chelated metal ions in their molecules, with low hydrolysis tendency and good color fastness.
